Aguardio ApS develops and produces unique products for registration of shower behaviour.
Consumers can order products through www.aguardio.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
All prices include 25% VAT and other fees.
All orders are exclusive charges for delivery.
You will automatically receive a copy of your order confirmation when you order.
How to shop at www.aguardio.com:
- Find the item you want, add it to the shopping bag, and go to the checkout
- Optionally change the number of the item, or choose to remove an item from the shopping bag again
- Enter your personal information
- Choose payment method
- Accept trade terms
- Check that all information is correct and approve the purchase
- Complete payment
You will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes on your e-mail. It is important that your e-mail address is entered correctly, otherwise you will not receive the order confirmation.
At www.aguardio.com we accept the following means of payment:
- Visa Electron
There is no charge on payments at www.aguardio.com.
The purchase transaction with cards takes place via a DIBS-approved SSL-encrypted connection.
Aguardio ApS withdraws the payment when the item has been shipped.
When you receive your order receipt, make sure that it matches your order and that your contact information is correct. If you notice any errors in the order, or if you have any changes to your order, please contact Aguardio immediately at email@example.com.
The expected response time for requests per. e-mail to Aguardio is two business days.
Delivery information and shipping prices
Items purchased from Aguardio ApS are shipped within 5 business days to the following countries within Europe:
Prices for shipping in Denmark (all prices in DKK excl. VAT):

Prices for shipping in Europe 1* (all prices in DKK excl. VAT):

Check the products upon receipt
When you receive your item, make sure that the package is undamaged. If not, contact Aguardio at e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Right to complain
Purchase at www.aguardio.com assign to the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
You have a warranty of 24 months. This means that you can either get the item repaired, re-exchanged, get the money back or a refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. This is conditional on the claim being warranted and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour.
It must be advertised within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect of the item. The complaint will always be timely if advertised within two months after the defect is discovered.
Aguardio ApS will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with the return of the goods when the claim is warranted.
If you want to file a complaint about a product, it must be labelled “complaint” and submitted to:

When returning the item, please send a description of the error. Remember to provide the order number. Please contact Aguardio at e-mail email@example.com before returning.
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact Aguardio at e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
If we are unable to find a solution, and your complaint meet the requirements, you can submit a complaint to Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. It is possible to submit a complaint online via their website.
Cancellation of purchase
You must notify us within 14 days of the receipt of the products, if you wish to cancel your purchase. This is done by contacting us per. e-mail.
If you have purchased more items at www.aguardio.com, you have the option to return one or more items even though they are purchased are placed under one order. Note that you will not receive any compensation of charges for delivery if you regret part of your purchase.
Please inform us clearly if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. It is not possible to regret a purchase simply by denying receipt of the goods without at the same time giving us a clear notice of this.
Due to the Danish Consumer Protection Act, you as a consumer have 14 days of cancellation. The right of cancellation will run from the date you received your purchase.
You must ship your item back to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
When the right of cancellation is being used, you must pay the charges for delivery. You carry the risk of the item from shipment to delivery. The cost of return depends on the weight and size of the item. You can also hand over your item personally at the below-mentioned address with a prior agreement.

If you regret your purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to you. In the case of a depreciation in value that you are responsible for, this purchase amount will be deducted. If you use your cancellation right, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs without undue delay and under any circumstances within 14 days from the date of notification of your decision to withdraw this agreement. The refund is made with the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise. If you want the money deposited in your bank account, it is important that you provide your registration number and account number.
We can withhold the refund until we have returned the item unless you have submitted documentation for returning it.
Note! Aguardio does not receive packages sent COD.
Your personal information
In order for you to conclude an online agreement with Aguardio ApS, you must register with the following personal information:

Aguardio ApS undertakes the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you. The information is kept unencrypted for five years after which they are deleted.
When collecting personal information through the website, Aguardio ApS ensures that it is done with your consent and you are informed about what information is collected and why.
Information provided to Aguardio ApS is by no means disclosed or sold to third parties.
When registered with Aguardio ApS, you are always entitled to object to the registration. You also have the right to gain insight into what information is registered about you. These rights are in accordance with the personal data protection act and any request towards this must be made to Aguardio ApS by e-mail email@example.com.
Security when paying online
Payments to Aguardio ApS happens in collaboration with DIBS. We protect the data that is transported in connection with purchases, using SSL-encryption (Secure Socket Layer). Neither Aguardio ApS nor others have the ability to view your data.
As long as you search on www.aguardio.com to find products, there is no encryption. By entering your payment information, credit card number, expiration date, etc., you enter a so-called “safe” area. Here the information is encrypted, and your information is protected.
At DIBS, credit information is validated, that is, checked whether the card is blocked or otherwise, which makes it invalid. If everything is ok, you will be notified as a buyer that your order has been confirmed. Aguardio ApS receives no information about the card number and / or expiration date but is notified that an amount is reserved for Aguardio ApS for later transfer after we have shipped your order. When the order has been forwarded to the post office, the reserved amount is transferred to our account at DIBS.
